I do not accept returns, exchanges, or give refunds. Contact me if you have any problems with your order, especially if it was damaged. I am willing to help in every way to fulfill your problem.
I use first class shipping with a tracking number. I am not responsible for lost, or held products. Once your package gets to the post office, its the customers responsibility to track their orders, Always provide a proper and safe address where I can ship your products. If tracking says your order was delivered, and customer states that it was not received, we are no longer liable. You are responsible to file a claim with the USPS.
